耐磨板的冷挤压工艺时候怎么回事?

冷挤压是耐磨板材生产制造中的关键工艺流程。金属钛具备极 高有机化学特异性,在空气中加温易被汽体环境污染。另外,在挤压成型全过程中钛明显粘接挤压成型工模貝,造成 钛比钢材原材料工艺性能差。因此 ,纯钛冷挤压生产制造中一般选用全铜包套加温+油基高纯石墨润化加工工艺。

为进一步提高纯钛管料的生产效率与成才率,科技人员在16.3MN双动立式油连续挤压机上选用Φ150mm挤压成型筒挤压成型Φ45mm×6毫米纯钛管料,造成 挤压比从14.2L上升至22.9L。

伴随着挤压比提升 ,在生产过程中发生了很多产品质量问题,包含挤压成型针粘铜粘钛、管料内表层铜包套损坏、管料内表层凹痕、经常闷车、压余超厚等。并发生了批号性的管料损毁难题,导致了非常大财产损失。

金属钛以及铝合金管料挤压成型润化广泛选用半流体油基润滑液。现挤压成型生产制造中应用的油基润滑液成份配制为15%~25%(容积成分)高纯石墨+汽缸油。

在其中,汽缸油的缺陷是抗压性差,开口闪点低,其功效主要是黏合固体润滑剂。汽缸油尽管能具有粘合功效,但将其擦抹在加热后的挤压成型筒与挤压成型工模貝表层的时候会造成很多有害浓烟。
