Wear resistant plate must be installed before use. We know that customers have high requirements on the sealing of hardox500 wear resistant plate, so we need to strengthen the sealing of wear resistant plate during installation, so as to ensure its wide use. If the sealing is well done, it can also ensure the wide use of wear resistant plate. In addition to construction sites, our products are also widely used in other places, such as decoration field, steel casting field, etc.
The installation requirements are similar to those of medium and low pressure wear plates, but the requirements are higher and the regulations are stricter. Therefore, in addition to meeting the installation requirements of medium and low pressure wear plates, the following requirements should also be followed. Before installation, the internal and external surfaces should be wiped clean, and the internal passage should be checked for foreign matters and smoothness.
Check whether the roughness of the nozzle sealing surface and gasket meets the requirements. There shall be no scratches (especially radial scratches), spots and other defects on the sealing surface that affect the sealing performance. In addition to the specified degreasing wear-resistant plate, the nozzle sealing surface and gasket of nm500 wear-resistant plate shall be coated with engine oil or butter or white vaseline for protection.
The qualified graphite end plate shall be coated with molybdenum disulfide grease to protect the thread of the pipe. When installing the wear-resistant plate, the formal pipe rack shall be used for fixing, and the protective sleeve heat pipe shall be installed on the pipe rack where the pipe fittings contact according to the design requirements. When installing high pressure flange, the chamfer of pipe end thread shall be exposed.
When installing the gasket, do not use metal wire to hang it. Grease the pipe orifice and gasket in advance, and put the soft metal high-pressure gasket into the sealing seat accurately. The flange bolts shall be tightened symmetrically and evenly without excessive tightening. After the bolts are tightened, the two flanges shall be parallel and concentric. The thread exposed outside the nut shall be 2 ~ 3 threads, at least 2 threads, and the exposed length of each bolt shall be basically the same.
In the process of installation, it is not allowed to make up for manufacturing or installation errors by means of forced pulling, pushing, twisting or modifying the thickness of the gasket. If the installation of wear-resistant plate cannot be carried out and completed continuously, the open pipe orifice shall be closed in time.
The parts of the instrument sampling part on the wear plate shall be installed at the same time as the wear plate. When correcting the local curvature, the heating temperature must be controlled below the critical temperature of the wear plate. After the installation of the wear-resistant plate system, the steel seal mark on the wear-resistant plate shall be reviewed comprehensively. If the steel seal is missed somewhere, it shall be supplemented in time according to the original basis.
