HARDOX600耐磨钢板扩散氮的含量介绍

在1个大气压的氢气压力下,氢在纯铁中的平衡溶解度,在400℃时约为0.3毫升/100克,室温时约为0.0005毫升/100克,是很微量的。然而hardox600耐磨板钢材焊接区的氢含量在室温下却多达数毫升~数十毫升/100克,因此,过剩的氢就以过饱和的原子状氢和聚积在晶内缺陷和晶界上的分子状的氢两种状态存在。

The equilibrium solubility of hydrogen in pure iron is about 0.3 ml / 100 g at 400 ℃ and about 0.0005 ml / 100 g at room temperature under the pressure of 1 atmosphere. 实验查明,前者(原子状氢)在室温下随着时间的推移向钢中扩一散并从表面逸出,而后者大部分以原状残留下来。不过,如果加热到2000C以上的高温,又变为原子状氢,且从表而逸出。
